This menu would be good for a working lunch or a casual get together.
Sandwich trays
Sandwiches can be put together according to client’s specifications and dropped off ready to enjoy.
Trays can also be broken down as follows:
Sandwich bread of client’s choice, deli meat tray, deli cheese tray and a tray with all the fixings.
Fruit tray made up of seasonal fruits with a dip if requested.
Vegetable tray with a dip if requested.
Don’t forget your sweet tooth, a tray of brownies, cookies and assorted candies.
This menu would be for a sit down luncheon, dinner or gathering.
- Pork tenderloin served with mashed potatoes, gravy, kernel corn and/or other cooked vegetables, and dinner rolls.
- For a light meal try a pasta salad of client’s choice, side salad, and French bread.
